Messaging Examples

This appendix provides 4GL messaging example procedures of Pub/Sub and PTP messaging, as well as a well as a sample application illustrating the gateway approach to integration with the native 4GL publish and subscribe mechanism. Examples are written using the BrokerConnect option; however, the examples may be run using either the ClientConnect or ServerConnect options.
